The details are as follows:<br \/>\nSl. No. \tCategory of vehicles \tRetention charge per day\tCharges on actual poll duty<br \/>\n1\tBus\/heavy vehicles incl Truck    \tRs.1000\/-  \tRs. 1,550\/-<br \/>\n2 \tMini Truck\/Mini Bus 30 Seaters and below \tRs. 850\/-   \tRs. 1400\/-<br \/>\n3. \tTata mobile and sumo\/maruti Gypsy \tRs. 700\/- \tRs. 950\/-<br \/>\n4.  \tMaruti Van\/ambassador car  \tRs. 600\/-  \tRs. 850\/- <\/p>\n<p>\tThe hire charges in respect of requisitioned NST buses with POL provided by Election Department shall be in accordance with their departmental rates which have no separate rates for retention:<br \/>\n1. \t Super Deluxe and Mini Bus\tRs. 1878\/- per day<br \/>\n2.  \tSemi Deluxe Bus\t Rs. 1558\/- per day <\/p>\n<p>\tAbove rates shall be applicable if deployment is within Kohima district. If they are deployed outside, the charges shall be realized as per sitting capacity of the bus.
