Khel Kohima village.  Police who arrested the driver said the incident was a case of rash and negligent driving.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, the Lhisemia Youth Organization (LYO), Kohima village, has condemned the incident and expressed concern over frequent road accidents caused by rash driving.
