In preparation for the event, district authorities have issued special guidelines to ensure smooth operations for both concertgoers and local residents. \u201cChildren below the age of 5 will not be allowed at the concert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Attendees may carry only mobile phones, keys, and wallets.
