Delivering keynote address, Justice Songkhupchung emphasized the importance of human rights awareness and the commission\u2019s role in ensuring justice for the people. The event included an interactive session with GBs, CSOs, and officials from key departments like Medical, School Education, Social Welfare, and Food &amp; Civil Supplies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The programme was chaired by Dr. Samuel Akho Konyak P, Extra Assistant Commissioner, Atoizu, and commenced with a welcome address by Nukutulu S.
