\nThe union has warned that any contractor found leasing out writing pad to unauthorized person\/party to undertake electrical contract work would be dealt with as per union\u2019s resolution and would be forwarded to Chief Electrical Inspector for cancellation of his\/her registration. For all electrical works in government buildings\/premises, the concerned electrical contractor should produce a photo copy of work order with working estimate to union office failing which, union stated no test certificate would be passed or issued against the work.
\nFurther, the union informed it would be strict in issuing test certificate to consumer\u2019s premises for which consumers have been requested to contact only genuine contractor having valid license from power department for execution of work.
\nUnion in a press release issued by its general secretary, Vizovolie Nyekha, stated the meeting constituted an action committee for the year 2009-10 with Shikato Rotokha, proprietor, Sun Electrical, as convener, Lhiwepe Khutsoh, proprietor, Nagaland Builders, Beiny\u00fc Miachieo, proprietor, Oking Electrical, Neivotso Yiese, proprietor, Safty Electrical, and N\u00fckusa T. Vadeo, proprietor, RTV & Sons, as members of the committee.
\nNECU has also appointed inspectors for Kohima and Dimapur main office to check unauthorized electrical installation work with Babul Dutto (supervisor) for Dimapur and Masun Ahmed (supervisor) for Kohima besides appointing N\u00fckusa T.
