Winifred was the first deputy commissioner of Noklak district from August 6, 2020 till July 28, 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KTC reiterated that no child trafficking case was registered at any police station in the district, nor reported in any related childcare and protection institution, except a molestation case on two juvenile girls against Wilfred in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Hence, the KTC dismissed as unsubstantiated Wilfred\u2019s claim on the existence of child trafficking in Noklak district. KTC also dared Wilfred that if he was confident of his claim, then why doesn\u2019t he reveal the existence of child trafficking in the district, instead of remaining a silent spectator during his posting as DC?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>KTC described Winifred\u2019s child trafficking allegation as fabricated and aimed at defaming the entire populace of Noklak only to deviate from his actual offence.
