Roland Iranggaung and general secretary, Keyinreu-lu, attributed the crisis to the suspension of rationalization orders, which has left affected teachers in limbo\u2014neither returning to their previous posts nor reporting for new assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Despite the department of School Education suspending these orders in February 2025, no replacement directives have been issued, exacerbating the staffing shortfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Therefore, ZLSU demanded that the displaced teachers must resume duties at their original postings immediately.
