Drugs Control Officers (India) Welfare Association (DCO (I) WA), Nagaland Chapter, in collaboration with its national office, organized a one-day workshop for Drugs Control Officers on April 29 at the Drugs Control Administration (DCA) Conference Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The workshop covered key topics such as arrest procedures, legal drafting and prosecution, blood bank inspection and sampling, good laboratory practices, and labeling requirements. Resource persons included Prof. Narender Ahooja (Retd.), former Drugs Controller of Haryana, Rajender Harna (Retd.), former Deputy Drugs Controller of Haryana, and G. Koteshwar Rao, National President of DCO (I) WA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a press release, DCO (I) WA, Nagaland Chapter president, Ethungbemo Ezung, informed that the workshop was organized as part of the continuous education policy of the association, aimed at enhancing the knowledge and efficiency of Drugs Control Officers in regulatory and enforcement procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Drugs Control Administration office also conducted a two-day training on the Online National Drugs Licensing System (ONDLS) for Drugs Control Officers from the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Arunachal Pradesh on April 24 and 25 at the DCA Conference Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trainers included Assistant Drugs Controllers (Hq) Imlilila and Ethungbemo Ezung, Drugs Control Officer (Hq) Lutovi Phucho, and Drugs Control Officer Dimapur, T. Zubemo Kikon. The training was conducted at the request of the Arunachal Pradesh government, ensuring officers were well-equipped for early onboarding onto the national licensing portal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
