Due to heavy rainfall, the event was later moved to Wokha Village Baptist Church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The rally aimed to promote peace and unity amid the prolonged internal conflict within the LBCA. Youths from various churches came together with a banner that read, \u201cDear elders, we want solidarity and unity,\u201d \u201cDo not sacrifice the future of the Lothas for selfish interests,\u201d \u201cThere can be only one LBCA\u201d, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Convenor of the LBYLF, Chenirao Jungi clarified that the rally was not influenced by any external force or church authority, but initiated purely to address the division affecting the Lotha community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He stated that the issue has persisted for many years without solution from the elders, prompting the youth to step in. According to him, the rally was a united effort by youth from all groups, driven by a shared desire for peace and reconciliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>During the program, the LBYLF submitted a formal appeal to the executive secretaries of both parties. The letter highlighted the social and spiritual impact of the division on Lotha Baptist youths and urged leadership to seek a timely and amicable resolution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LBYLF expressed confidence in the leaders\u2019 ability to resolve the matter but stated they would not remain silent until all churches are united under one LBCA and the Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The appeal was also copied to major stakeholders, including the NBCC, pastors of Lotha Baptist churches, the Lotha Baptist Pastors Conference, Lotha Hoho, Lotha Eloe Hoho, Lotha Officers Forum, LSU and filed for record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The event featured solidarity speeches and a mass prayer session at Vankhosung, where youth knelt in earnest prayer for healing and unity.
