H Alongse, and Officer on Special Duty, Investment and Development Authority, David Kire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Er. Alongse emphasized on importance of Entrepreneurship and self-reliance and not to be dependent on government for jobs and livelihood.
