\nThe band ignited the venue for 2 hours with songs from their 2 albums Aeon Spell and Rustic Relish Sawar, assistant editor for Rolling Stone magazine commented after the show that the songs were well crafted and that Naga folk and rock did gel very well. He said he was happy to see the people singing along with Arenla even in the Naga Howey tunes and said Abiogenesis is definitely a cut above many bands in India.

Situated in the heart of New Delhi, the Akshara was founded in 1972 by famous playwright, author, classical musician and composer Gopal Sharman. He founded the Akshara with his actress wife Jalabala Vaidya.Their daughter, documentary filmmaker Anasuya Vaidya who has been a director as well as moral support for the Akshara from the age of fifteen, is the third pillar in the making of the Akshara Theatre.

\nThe festival saw storytellers; singers: traditional, folk and popular; plays by theatre groups; dance performances: traditional, folk and modern; bands, choirs ,authors doing readings from published stories, novels and poetry and artists holding small paintings\/ drawing exhibits. The aim was to give people of the capital a sense of the feelings and thinking from people of that area of the country.
