C. Nihoshe in connection with the NPSC answer script swap scam through another sub memo addressed to Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio, the Naga Students\u2019 Federation   also demanded the suspension or initiation of \u201cappropriate action\u201d on government servants whose sons and daughter were involved in the NPSC scandal.<br \/>\nNSF president Mutikhoyo Yhobu and general secretary O. Wati Jamir, stated that the demands were in addition to an earlier one submitted to the government giving the latter a period of 20 days (which expired midnight Tuesday).<br \/>\nThe NSF office bearers expressed dismay that despite the expiry of the 20-day ultimatum, there was no hint from the government on fulfillment of its demands. According to the NSF, the   state Cabinet which met the NSF delegation at the chief minister\u2019s official residence on June 19, did not accord priority to its demands nor give any hint of fulfilling them. The NSF also regretted that the meeting was convened only at the instance of the Federation.<br \/>\n\u201cWe strongly feel that the whole process of investigation into the NPSC scandal is being intensely hampered because the government is still harboring the Parliamentary Secretary, Industries &#038; Commerce and hosts of Government servants whose sons and daughters have been involved in the present scandal,\u201d the NSF memo stated.<br \/>\nIt also pointed out that the two sons of Parliamentary Secretary and children of some government servants along with those candidates involved in the   have been debarred from appearing any examination conducted by the Commission for a period of three years . The federation therefore, reiterated that no other proof was required   on initiating befitting actions against the Parliamentary Secretary as well as the government servants whose children were involved.<br \/>\nLater, addressing a press conference, NSF president Mutsikhoyo Yhobu said   a presidential council meeting of the NSF federating units was convened Wednesday following the expiry of its ultimatum.The  federation may decide on further  action in the form of agitation or bandh at any time. Yhobu asserted that the NSF had served the ultimatum through proper channel and it expected that the state government to respond or communicate its  assurances in writing .<br \/>\n\u201cWe\u2019ve seen what happened in the NPSC in the past and NSF had been continuously submitting memorandum\u201d, NSF General Secretary O.Wati Jamir said. He also pointed even after four months after probe was ordered into the NPSC answer script scam, nothing has come out.
