It may be recalled that Shilumar Ao had termed the judgment of Gauhati High Court on the petition against imposition of President\u2019s Rule in Nagaland as \u201carbitrary and with malafide intentions\u201d.<br \/>\nThe statement aroused condemnation and warning by the Congress to press for contempt of court. The High Court Bar Association had also expressed deep displeasure over Shilumar\u2019s statement.
