\nThe organizers of the camp representing the Living Word Fellowship will facilitate aspects on spiritual development and Christian discipleship. Other resource persons will also conduct several sessions.
\nPraise and Worship and prayer sessions are part of the daily routine.
\nThe inaugural function Wednesday was addressed by the founder chairman Geoffrey Yaden who emphasized on practical applications of Christian life through biblical wisdom and understanding in tackling current problems faced by youths.
\nLater Mrs Ats\u00fc explained about the theme \u2018Covenant With God\u2019 and the Greek name \u2018Mahanaim\u2019 adopted as the name of the camp.
\nAnother facilitator, Kevi spoke on the theme \u2018Knowing God\u2019 where she said \u2018quite time\u2019 could be spending time with God and communicating with Him to grow deeper in relationship with God and explained the need to have quiet time in life.
\nStressing on God\u2019s creation, she said God created man to have fellowship with man but because of sin there was relationship gap between God and man. However, she explained that through His son Jesus, the relationship was strengthened where one could freely and directly communicate with God adding it should be one\u2019s priority to love God and have the desire to have Fellowship with Him.
\nShe assumed one could have relationship with God through \u2018quiet time\u2019 by reading and listening to His Words and that spending more time with God would enable one to hear His voice.
\nThe campers will be imparted with biblical insights into various aspects of everyday life including practical sessions that include sessions on performance and arts, addiction, HIV and AIDS, fear of God, repentance and talent show.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
