Police said the two activists identified as \u2018Lt\u2019 Neibulie Sophie, NSCN (I-M) of Kohima village, a resident of Chumukedima town and \u2018Corpl\u2019 Mungo Chang, NSCN (I-M) of Tobu village, a resident of Chumukedima town were handed over to them by IRB personnel.
