Enny expressed gratitude to all members for their help and co-operation and especially to the Lothas working in Bangalore for sponsoring and making the event a success.<br \/>\nKCM: Kyong Community Medziphema (KCM) area celebrated Tokhu Emong with renewed vigor and enthusiasm.<br \/>\nThe programme began with an invocation prayer by Nrinimo Jami and benediction by Meriyamo Patton.<br \/>\nFormer joint director health and family welfare, Dr. Martin Kithan exhorted the gathering.<br \/>\nThe programme also witnessed presentation of melancholic folk tune by Yanpi Shitiri, festive gospel song was presented by Jenithung Kithan and Marinus Ngullie presented a special number in honour of the feast.<br \/>\nTokhu feast was blessed by N. Silent Ngullie women leader M.L.B.C.<br \/>\nKCM has also elected new office bearers for the term 2009 to 2011. KCM would be led by Peter Yanthan as chairman, Jenithung Murry as vice chairman, Mhonchumo Ovung secretary and Meriyamo Patton as treasurer.<br \/>\nLHZ: Lotha Hoho Zunheboto (LHZ) celebrated its 31st Tokhu Emong with much fanfare and gaiety.<br \/>\nThe  programme began with an invocation prayer pronounced by the Pastor Lotha Baptist Church, Zunheboto, N. Likao Kikon Chairman, Lotha Hoho Zunheboto chaired the programme, Deputy Commissioner Zunheboto C.M Tsanglao in his speech spoke on the significance of Tokhu Emong,  while, Monsuthung ADC Zunheboto and, Peter Lichamo SDO (C) Satakha exhorted the gathering. Tokhu report was addressed by LHZ secretary, Y. Abemo Kithan and vote of thanks and benediction prayer by LHZ vice president, Jennio Kikon.<br \/>\nThe festival was attended by many other officers and hundreds of Lotha community members, the faculty and students\u2019 community of Kheloshe Polytechnic Asukhuto (KPA) and special invites from other tribes.<br \/>\nAghunato: Lothas in Aghunato town also celebrated Tokhu Emong joining the rest of the community at G.A rest house. Addressing the community, SDO, soil and water conservation, Chibo Yanthan stressed on the importance of preserving the traditional heritage of the Lothas.
