According to a press note issued by Nepralu Keyho, vice principal FHW School of Nursing, the chief guest advised the nurses to dedicate their service to humanity with commitment. Encouraging the nurses, the minister said, \u201cNurses must approach the patient with cheerful heart and smiling face as they begin to care and treat the sick people.\u201d Further, the minister had promised that the toilet facility, water supply and fencing for the school and hostel would come up within two to three months.<br \/>\nMajor highlight of the programme included release of souvenir magazine by Y.L.
