Prizes for winners of various categories were awarded by B. Tingshem joint director, SE<br \/>\nImliyala Aier and Veshepa Hiese from North Field School, Kohima bagged the first prize for their model- &#8216;optimum use of natural resources for sustainable development&#8217;.<br \/>\nKethorngulo-\u00fc and Visevoto from Mezhur Higher Secondary School, Kohima and Arunanand V. Thomas from St. Mary&#8217;s Cathedral school, Kohima received the second and third prizes respectively<br \/>\nThe panels of judges included Y .Singh Senior Lecturer, NCTE, Kohima, Keneingu Rutsa, senior graduate science teacher and Dr. M. Devrani Senior lecturer, Kohima Science College.<br \/>\nEarlier Khekiye K Sema, IAS, commissioner and secretary Tourism, Art and Culture, inaugurated the exhibition, while the function was chaired by N. Khevito, additional director, SE and students of Government Higher Secondary School  Kohima presented special number. The science exhibition was organized by Department of School Education,<br \/>\nWinners of North Field School, Kohima; Mezhur Higher Secondary School, Kohima; Government Higher Secondary, Kohima and Don Bosco Higher Secondary, Kohima will be representing the state in the &#8216;team category&#8217;<br \/>\nWinners of &#8216;individual category&#8217;-  Arunanand  V. Thomas from St. Mary&#8217;s Cathedral school, Kohima, Nishiha Duggal, Northfield, Kohima, Lika, Bethel Higher Secondary School, Kohima,  Seyievilie, Don Bosco Higher Secondary, Kohima and Ongcho, Don Bosco School, Mon will be representing  the state at Kolakta Eastern Indian Science Fair.<br \/>\nThe first prize winner were awarded a Shield, Microscope and Rs.3000 cash, second prize Microscope and Rs.1500 cash and third prize Microscope and Rs.1000 cash, beside a certificate to all the participants .<br \/>\nEarlier, the function was chaired by Phutoli L Jamir, Deputy Director SE, special feature of the seminar was the science model &#8216;Ash Battery&#8217; exhibited by the students &#8211; H.
