Police identified the victim as one Sultana Begum (21) and suspected it to be a case of strangulation as per preliminary examinations. Police found strangulated marks on the victim\u2019s neck and bruises on the leg whose body was clothed in a night gown. Police also recovered a border-rope of mosquito net inside the house.<br \/>\nSuspected to have murdered Monday night, the body was discovered by a lady tenant who returned to the residence on Tuesday after spending the previous night at a relative\u2019s place. Police suspected involvement of the victim\u2019s husband (Ali Hussein) in the murder.
