The need to identity and discipline oneself and to set up goal in life is the basic things for a student to achieve, she said. Also highlighting the various professions to choose from through competitive examinations like NPSC and UPSC, Mrs Awomi urged the students to identify their interest and aim in life so as to choose the right career. She lauded the teaching faculty and college management for the progress it had achieved so far.<br \/>\nKamei Alin Rongmei, advocate, Dimapur Court who spoke as guest of honour called upon the alumni to uphold the name of their college and to contribute for college&#8217;s welfare. To the college management, Rongmei also urged the college to have linkage with other institutions so as to pave way for students who would pursue for higher studies.<br \/>\nWelcoming the freshers Principal N. Kumar, highlighted on the journey of the college towards its success and expressed hope that with the new batch of students and with more initiatives the college would achieve greater heights.<br \/>\nThe programme was followed by entertainment session.
