Depriving the right of Ato Kilonser Th. Muivah from visiting his native birth place by the Manipur government despite approval of the central government was undemocratic and unconstitutional in the Indian legislation and United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights principle. The Hoho also stated that killing of students, injuring women, children and men of scheduled tribe Nagas was a serious criminal offence. <br \/>Further, the Hoho condemned the recent incident where a woman was raped and murdered in Wangching village on May 2 and a14 year old minor girl was raped on April 23 by three Muslims in Dimapur. <br \/>The Hoho informed that it would organise a rally in collaboration with Zeliang Women Organisation of Dimapur within a few days time.
