Athrongba Sangtam stated that the ban imposed on Naga leader, Th. Muivah from visiting his native village, Somdal Manipur was nothing but a \u201cdiabolic policy of the Ibobi Singh led Manipur government\u201d set to create chaos, sense of distrust, communal hatred and disharmony among the neighboring states. It said the present action of Manipur government was testing the \u201cserenity\u201d of Nagas and at the same time giving a reason to the Government of India as to why the \u201cdraconian\u201d Armed Force Special Powers Act (AFSPA) 1958 has to be reinforced in Manipur state, it added. <br \/>Meanwhile, regarding reports of innocent Nagas being held hostage in Imphal valley, YAN has cautioned that any harm inflicted on them would be considered as an attack on the \u201cNaga nation\u201d.
