The programme started with welcome address by the parish priest, Rev.Fr. Thomas John, who exhorted teenagers to be the messengers of joy, peace and hope to family and society.<br \/>NCYM director, Rev. Fr C.P. Anto, also addressing the gathering, reminded that they were most precious gifts of God who were becoming aware of their identity and developing meaningful relationships with God and others. <br \/>He emphasized that all should be rooted in faith, already present in their hearts as a seed.<br \/>The purpose of the camp was to nurture the children\u2019s growth. The team guided participants to experience God\u2019s love and forgiveness through various sessions.<br \/>The team also shared their thoughts on \u201cuniqueness\u201d of catholic faith and emphasized on the importance of a child being an example to peers by his\\\\her way of life. <br \/>The resource persons also exhorted the students by elaborating simple yet profound catholic practices, meaning of sacraments and significance of symbols. Another highlight of the programme was Bible verses recitation competition. <br \/>The two day programme was concluded with the healing service, sharing, evaluation, action plan by Theresa and Victor.
