During the course of the meeting the members unanimously decided to form a joint coordination committee to address pertinent issues concerning the welfare and development of Aichi Saghemi village.<br \/>The members also elected Puhoshe Rochill as the Convener of joint coordination committee and Hekuto Yepthomi as Secretary. It was also resolved to include the chairmen of the five communities of Zunheboto, Kohima, Dimapur, Naltoqa and Suruhuto as members of the Committee with its office at Zunheboto. The meeting also resolved to collect Rs.1000 each from all the five communities of Aichi Saghemi.  Convener of the newly formed Committee informed all the five communities of the village to submit their respective agendas before September 10 and further informed that the first meeting of the Committee would be held at the residence of chairman, Kohina Aichi Saghemi Community on September 15. The meeting was hosted by Aichi Saghemi Community Zunheboto (ACZ) at the residence of its banker, Vikato V Yeptho. Chairman, ACZ, Atovi Aye chaired the function and vote of thanks was proposed by Yehevi Aye.
