Mor has clarified that \u201csome wrong words have crept in\u201d in the din and bustle during lunch and that no counter proposal was received from the government of India.<br \/>\nHe said the discussion was held unofficially during lunch and \u201cpurely based on my personal opinion and does not in many manner involve NSCN (I-M).\u201d<br \/>\nMeanwhile, clarifying on the same issue, the Ministry of Information and Publicity (MIP) NSCN (I-M) said it was not aware of any of the points mentioned by him (Dr. P.
