Kannan and Registrar Dr. P. H. Nath recently after several failed attempts since both the NU officials were out of station almost every time.<br \/>\nSince the NU VC had shifted his office to Lumami after mounting pressure, the IO and his team was said to have made several trips to Lumami to take his statement but without any success. Similar was the case of the Registrar who was found almost out of station.<br \/>\nIt may be mentioned that the NU had filed an FIR against the Nagaland University Teachers\u2019 Association and Nagaland University Non Teaching Staff Association for obstructing the VC and Registrar from attending to their official duty. The FIR which was filed by the Registrar named NUTA leaders including Rosemary Dzuvichu, Dr. N. Venuh, Dr. G. T. Thong and NUNSTA president Medo Chira. However, the university latter withdrew the name of the NUNSTA President.<br \/>\nIn a separate counter FIR, NUTA had filed an FIR against Vice Chancellor Prof. K. Kannan and Registrar Dr. P. H.
