Resource person Dr. Joyce Angami stressed on &#8216;Bridging the gap on HIV\/AIDS service delivery&#8217; where she highlighted the positive as well as the negative aspect of people living with HIV\/AIDS and the stigma and discrimination that one faces in the society.<br \/>\n Fr. Joe Maria Das, Director Shalom in his speech said, lack of nutritional support was lacking among the PLHAS. According to Dr. Temsu in charge ICTC, mentioned that CME was first of its kind scheme \/project where one could avail the service of free testing and counseling adding that not testing and counseling was an act of omission. He also said  one must go for free will counseling and post test counseling which is a must.<br \/>\nDr. Z. Mozhui who shared his experiences with HIV\/AIDS patients gave assurance that he would be ready to assist people in his hospital when situation demands.<br \/>\nLater, the house passed a resolution, where 72 signatories resolved to submit it to Nagaland State Aids Control Society (NSACS) in an effort to find solution for matters pertaining to provision of nutritional support to PLHAS, reaching out rural areas where PLHAS were denied of their basic rights and to formulate work place policy for HIV\/AIDS patients for Nagaland.<br \/>\nEarlier, the programme was chaired by Dr. Tosole. Dr. Sukhato A.Sema, Med. Suptd. gave the welcome speech, Dr. Choudhary (IMCA) Dimapur, DNP+,and resource person from CRPF Bn (Khatkhati) also spoke during the occasion.
