\nThe 4-point proposal included revocation of the suspension orders served to ten university teachers in the greater interest of the students, creating an amnesty for the agitating teachers as well as the non-teaching staffs with an interim period of 48 hours to revoke their respective agitations and resume normal duties and submission of the Fact Find Committee report.
\nASU also appealed to NUTA to cease the demand for recall of the vice chancellor, registrar and controller of examination, without any \u201csubstantial and evidential reasons.\u201d
\nThe Union said it was evidently clear that there were some \u201cfew glorified among NUTA officials playing with the career and future of the students\u201d by their daily agitation business and exercising authority \u201cabove the authority or equal to authority.\u201d
\n\u201cToo many students have suffered from their unending agitations and many are still suffering due to the visionless NUTA intellectuals who are expected to envision great things for the students. This should be immediately stopped,\u201d ASU said.
\nPointing out that any employee\u2019s salary was paid out of the tax payer\u2019s money, ASU said there were lots of educated unemployed youths ready to take up jobs in the University if any employee was not contended with the job that he or she was obligated to perform.
\nA copy of the proposal was also reportedly submitted to president NUTA. However NUTA officials denied that they had received any such copy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
