He asserted that native language must be preserved to strengthen one&#8217;s identity.<br \/>\nAddressing the valedictory function of a one day seminar of the Angami Gazetted Officers&#8217; Krotho (AGOK) on &#8220;Issues and challenges confronting AGOK&#8221; at Hotel Japf\u00fc, Dr. Sh\u00fcrhozelie stated that the Tenyimi people were late starters in the evolution of human society, and that they needed to live cautiously not to lose their culture in the event of changes.<br \/>\nStating that lifestyle of the people have changed in the present day, he urged the people not to lose their origin or traditions as they move ahead. The chief guest further encouraged the AGOK to sincerely work for the welfare of the society.<br \/>\nGiving a report of the day long seminar, Director of SCERT, Vipralhou Kesiezie, stated that members of AGOK resolutely concluded to maintain AGOK&#8217;s stand to develop the Angami&#8217;s with honesty and integrity, to work especially for backward people and to evaluate issues and challenges on moral laws. The AGOK also reaffirmed its stand on &#8216;no representation, no taxation&#8217; and further urged the government to follow the financial codal procedure while executing laws. It also resolved to break barriers of religious factionalism, fight against factional killings, and set good examples as a dedicated lot.<br \/>\nOther highlights of the programme included greetings by Pekrusetuo Terh\u00fcja, GM, NST; song presented by Neilakuonuo Sekhose and Kezevinuo Pieny\u00fc; vote of thanks by Neilhou Chuse, DIG and Director, Vigilance Commission; invocation prayer by Rev. Dr. Luozilie Sanchu, NCRCACRCC. The programme was chaired by Er. N.
