In a fresh representation to AICC general secretary, I\/C Nagaland, the four expelled members including Dr. Sadikuolie Khezie, Ruokuoneisa, Neisakuolie Belho and Aba said the actions initiated against them was found to be in violation of the INC constitution and rules. KDCC November 3, while issuing expulsion order, said any insubordination under the purview of KDCC by subordinate member\/members of the INC shall attract expulsion. According to expelled members KDCC\u2019s action has undermined the authority of AICC whose decision was still pending to settle the case.
