Dr. L. Anjo Keikung appealed the NCCI and NUCF to address the issue adequately in the national level so as to encourage the practice of tolerance, respect and acceptance for people belonging to all faiths.<br \/>Meanwhile, the NBCC has extended its support to the move against corruption spearheaded by veteran social activist Anna Hazare along with civil societies in India. \u201cCorruption is one of the issues which needed to be addressed seriously and uprooted as it has affected every strata of the society\u201d, NBCC said.  <br \/>NBCC also lauded the appeal made by both NCCI and NUCF in support of the fight against corruption.  <br \/>The NBCC urged upon national Christian bodies to observe closely and mobilize Christians to play meaning roles in this issue so that the movement led by Anna Hazare moves in the right direction and Jan Lokpal Bill finally enacted into real laws for the welfare of the people and the future of this sub-continent. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) has expressed concern over the burning of Quran by a radical pastor in Florida during March this year.
