{"id":6474,"date":"2008-09-24T00:52:15","date_gmt":"2008-09-24T00:52:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2008\/09\/24\/bjp-reacts-to-npcc-statement\/"},"modified":"2008-09-24T00:52:15","modified_gmt":"2008-09-24T00:52:15","slug":"bjp-reacts-to-npcc-statement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2008\/09\/24\/bjp-reacts-to-npcc-statement\/","title":{"rendered":"BJP reacts to NPCC statement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Reacting to the NPCC press statement, which demanded BJP Nagaland unit to apologize for the continuous atrocities against the Christian minorities by the \u201csaffron brigade\u201d in the states of Orissa and Karnataka, the State BJP has said the Congress allegation and demand was \u201cmore of a quandary (as referred to the ground realities of the unrests) than carries any substantive measure to help normalize the situation.\u201d<br \/>\nState BJP vice president and spokesman TL Merry and spokesman Basu Damani in a joint press statement said BJP Nagaland was in no way supportive of the perpetrators of atrocities on Christian minorities and had, through every available communication systems, impelled the party national leaders and states concerned to redress the situation immediately.<br \/>\n\u201cIt is every individual\u2019s or organization\u2019s noble responsibility to solicit involvement in the mission to create an atmosphere, conducive for harmonious coexistence of the conflicting communities,\u201d the release said.
