Asserting that it had already expressed strongest condemnation against \u201cthis beastly act\u201d, through Tangkhul union, Kohima, the THN, in a joint statement  released by its president N.A. Kasar and general secretary N Jagoi Saturday further urged responsible authorities to be very transparent in dealing with the issue and ensure that culprits were arrested.
