Dr Dhinakaran, on his third trip to Nagaland said this at a meeting with various committees held at the conference hall at Niathu Resort here Thursday on the eve of the Prayer Festival at Agri-Expo venue from February 11-13.
Dr Paul prophesied that Nagaland will experience a change when believers come together irrespective of denominational barriers to unite in prayer through openness and brokenness.
He said God allows the chosen to undergo periods suffering so that He could fill them with His love, power and blessings. In this Dr Paul narrated a moving testimony of his late father Dr.DGS Dhinakarn who suffered intense physical pain from the disease and psychological agony of rejection even by his closest friends.
God later alleviated Dr DGS from a street preacher to a renowned international evangelist and after that he never looked back.
He also narrated how his late father came up against a crisis when the then government in 2003 put a condition that permission to set up Karunia University would be granted only if no prayer meeting was conducted. Dr Paul said his late father refused and maintained that it was better to have Jesus without a university than a university without Jesus. In April 2004, all believers gathered for a 72-hour prayer and by May 2004 the new government took over and immediately granted permission for the university. He said even the prime minister and the HRD minister spoke about it in parliament.
Dr Paul reminded that the Gospel is not only about preaching but for believers to radiate Godly love as a father or mother to those hurting and suffering. He called upon the faithful to unite together in unceasing prayers to bring about changes in Nagaland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
