Pangny\u00fc Phom, parliamentary secretary RD &#038; REPA.<br \/>Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest encouraged the villagers to work together to uplift the village and the district as a whole and also to stand firm in their commitment. He also donated money for the village council office and urged the villagers to judiciously utilize the housing programme. <br \/>Bh\u00fcmny\u00fc Village Council (BVC) on behalf of the citizens of the village has expressed gratitude to S. Pangny\u00fc Phom, parliamentary secretary RD &#038; REPA Nagaland and his wife M. Nyathei Phom; C.K. Nihekhu Sumi, DC; Sonia Sing (IPS), SP; Nukshila, project director DRDA Longleng; government officials; public leaders; well wishers and the village councils of neighbouring villages for gracing the inaugural function.<br \/>Earlier the function was chaired by Y.B. Angam Phom, welcome address by L. Longnyei, chairman village council and exhortation by N.
