\nAs someone who has dabbled in fashion marketing, public relations, model management and celebrity relations, Allison Hart has indeed taken on many a role.
\nBut this representative of designer lingerie brand Secret Curves NY admits that nothing beats the high that she gets out of readying the models just before they take on the runway.
\n\u201cThe excitement on the ramp is something that I just can\u2019t miss; I absolutely love it,\u201d she says.
\nBut her career highlights also include meeting the wardrobe needs of many stars. So the likes of Ashton Kutcher, Madonna, Guy Ritchie, Vera Wang, Carmen Electra and Hillary Duff are no strangers to her.
\n\u201cWell, what can I say? They have their own personality traits and like everyone else, they have their fair share of quirks and demands. It\u2019s been a fantastic experience to work with them; in fact, many even gave me handwritten notes to say \u2018thank you\u2019,\u201d she laughs, adding that she only realised the celebs\u2019 human side when she worked with them.
\n\u201cYou come to understand that they are not so intimidating in real life and that they are just doing their job,\u201d she explains. But she does admit that celebs can get very fussy as well. Renowned international designer Vera Wang, for one, belongs to the category. But she is quick to say, \u201cVera (Wang) may come across as someone who is very particular about what she wants but she is very loyal as well.\u201d
\nAnd who did she enjoy working for the most? \u201cI absolutely enjoyed working with Ashton Kutcher. He\u2019s very flexible and gracious; not to mention the fact that he\u2019s very open to suggestions and opinions,\u201d she notes.
\nAsk her how she determines what suits a person and what doesn\u2019t she says, \u201cI think it varies depending on the personality, the season and the occasion.\u201d
\nFinally, given that she\u2019s visiting India for the first time, what does she have to say? \u201cI love the country; the people here seem to know what they want and that\u2019s a good sign. In fact, India as a country is not just a booming economy but also one that is becoming increasingly aware about fashion.
