I\u2019m all over the place. I can\u2019t stop crying,&#8221; the Mirror quoted Goody, as telling a pal.<br \/>\nGoody was devastated by the latest warning, but is determined to fight on &#8211; and has vowed to adopt after she has beaten her cancer.<br \/>\n&#8220;It was even worse than I was expecting.
