{"id":7217,"date":"2008-09-25T00:43:58","date_gmt":"2008-09-25T00:43:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2008\/09\/25\/hulk-hogans-son-getting-early-release-from-jail\/"},"modified":"2008-09-25T00:43:58","modified_gmt":"2008-09-25T00:43:58","slug":"hulk-hogans-son-getting-early-release-from-jail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2008\/09\/25\/hulk-hogans-son-getting-early-release-from-jail\/","title":{"rendered":"Hulk Hogan&#8221;s son getting early release from jail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Hulk Hogan&#8217;s son Nick Bollea is getting out of jail nearly three months early with credits for good behavior and working, PEOPLE has learned.<br \/>\nBollea, who has been serving an eight-month sentence at Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Fla., for reckless driving that led to an accident with injuries, is due to be released Oct. 21.<br \/>\nThe early release follows standard procedures for all inmates.<br \/>\n&#8220;They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don&#8217;t do anything bad while they&#8217;re here, they get to use the credits,&#8221; says a jail official who did not want to be identified.<br \/>\nBollea was sentenced for his role in a car accident last year in which his passenger, 22-year-old John Graziano, was seriously injured.<br \/>\nBollea&#8217;s sister, Brooke Hogan, tells PEOPLE that she is looking forward to her brother being released.<br \/>\n&#8220;I&#8217;m not sure where he&#8217;ll live. I think he&#8217;s going to do his own thing,&#8221; said Hogan, who was attending the anniversary party for Strike Miami, a ritzy bowling alley in Miami.<br \/>\nGraziano&#8217;s lawyer George Tragos of St. Petersburg, Fla., said he is not surprised to hear that Hogan is getting out early.<br \/>\n&#8220;It&#8217;s standard procedure,&#8221; he tells PEOPLE. &#8220;There is no way for us to impact his release date, that&#8217;s not within our control.
