{"id":7267,"date":"2008-10-01T00:50:22","date_gmt":"2008-10-01T00:50:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2008\/10\/01\/ncsa-resents-govt-apathy\/"},"modified":"2008-10-01T00:50:22","modified_gmt":"2008-10-01T00:50:22","slug":"ncsa-resents-govt-apathy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2008\/10\/01\/ncsa-resents-govt-apathy\/","title":{"rendered":"NCSA resents govt apathy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Nagaland Civil Service Association (NCSA) has expressed resentment that its demand for the past twenty one years for encadrement of senior level posts in the rank of principal secretary and commissioner &#038; secretary, had never \u201cbeen genuinely considered by the Government.\u201d<br \/>\nNCSA in a press release issued by president Lithrongla G Chishi and general secretary Alem Jongshi said over the years, other cadre-less employees brought on deputation for a specific period to the State had been absorbed into the State service.
