\nDIMAPUR: Department of agriculture will observe World Food Day at 1 pm on October 16 at the conference hall, directorate of agriculture. Minister for agriculture Dr Chumben Murry will grace the function and N.N.Zhasa commissioner and secretary, agriculture will present keynote address.
