Proper and effective maintenance of juvenile homes and special homes, with proper human resources and infrastructure, in all the districts was emphasized.<br \/>\nCondition of the existing special home at Pherima needs to be improved. A policy or support system for security of abandoned children from broken homes, and address for adoption issue in Nagaland was proposed.<br \/>\nPrimary quality education and effective training of teachers were discussed. The house also raised the point that the Juvenile Justice Board, the Child Welfare Committee, and the Child Labour Act be effectively implemented and regulated.<br \/>\nThe need to do survey and situation assessment of child labour and missing children in Nagaland about Naga children and non-Naga children was discussed.
