Terming the assault on a local entrepreneur Tokiye Sumi reportedly at the behest of a \u201cDy. Kilonser\u201d on November 13 as a \u201chuge disappointment to all peace loving citizens\u201d, GPRN\/NSCN Sunday said it has initiated investigation into the incident and that disciplinary action would be taken on the offenders as per the \u201cNational Yehzabo.\u201d MIP GPRN\/NSCN, in statement said the GPRN\/NSCN had enforced a blanket ban on all donations as per its joint council resolution November 2 last, and the incident did not reflect the \u201cpositive vision\u201d of the GPRN\/NSCN. \u201cIt is to be regarded as an isolated case having no government sanction,\u201d the MIP said, adding that the incident devalued the \u201clofty ideals and principles strongly represented by GPRN\/NSCN council of Kilonsers.\u201d Further, GPRN\/NSCN extended its sympathy to the assault victim, Tokiye and wished him an early recovery. Meanwhile, Western Sumi Students\u2019 Union (WSSU) has condemned the \u201cinhuman and barbaric act\u201d meted towards Tokiye sumi, the proprietor of Music Planet ( M.P road ) on November 13 by a \u2018deputy kilonser\u2019 GPRN \/ NSCN for refusing to pay Rs, 200\/- as \u201cpersonal donation.\u201d The WSSU has urged the competent authority to book the culprit as per the law of the land. It also appealed the GPRN\/NSCN to take befitting action against the erring official at the earliest in the interest of the public.
