With chief secretary, Lalthara IAS gracing the occasion, stated an official bulletin.<br \/>Winners would receive an award of `10,000\/-, 8,000\/- and 5,000\/- for first, second and third position respectively.  <br \/>The first and second winners would represent Nagaland state in the national level painting competition to be held on December 12 at New Delhi. The official arrangement for the competition would be taken care of by North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Ltd.
