It has also informed that any person, youth, clubs, association or union interested to open a stall to contact KMC office for permit. Council in a press notification has further informed that stalls would be allowed at old NST and new NST station area and any form of intoxicants\/alcohol would not be allowed at areas with stalls.<br \/>\nShops from old MLA hostel junction to Razhu point have also been requested to remain open till 7 p.m. while have requested buildings\/houses in the main town to decorate their respective buildings for which the best decorated shop will be awarded in cash, the release said.<br \/>\nAll shops have been directed to light up their shop\/glow boards, to white wash\/ paint the shutters and walls and to put dustbins in front of their shops.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) and Kohima Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) have requested all shops to remain open till 7 p.m. from December 1 to December 7.
