\nStating this in a release, union president, Chingkup Konyak said a representation was earlier submitted in this connection requesting the present BRO 100 RCC for maintenance of roads from Tang junction to Chenmo and Aboi to Chen headquarter via Tehok and also to complete the ongoing road constructions from Tehok to Chingkao, Wangti and Chenloisho since the roads constructed by the same department has already ‘damaged badly.’
\nIn view of non-maintenance of the roads, the newly upgraded circle to SDO (C) headquarter has been totally cut off from district headquarter and Aboi ADC headquarter, resulting to communication problems and effecting the general economic system, he said.
\nIn this connection, the president on behalf of the general public and Konyak union unit of the area has requested the current department to ‘surrender’ before the public work department, PWD (R&B) officially without further delay for the welfare of the public and to appraise the union officials positively.
