Ponraj has been transferred and posted as principal secretary, law &#038; justice department.<br \/>Ponraj would be relieved of the charge of chief electoral officer (CEO) and would hold additional charge of personnel and administrative reforms (P &#038; AR) department. Commissioner &#038; secretary, law &#038; justice, labour &#038; employment department Jan-e-Alam, has been transferred and posted as home commissioner. <br \/>He has been relieved of the charge of labour and employment department. Commissioner &#038; secretary personnel and administrative reforms department Amardeep S Bhatia has been transferred and posted as commissioner &#038; secretary, forest &#038; environment department.<br \/>Commissioner &#038; secretary, land resources, soil &#038; water conservation N. N. Zhasa has been relieved of the charge of land resources department. He would now hold the additional charge of labour &#038; employment department.<br \/>Commissioner &#038; secretary, forest &#038; environment department L.
