In his key note address, chairman Chumdemo Kikon warmly welcomed the new members to the fold and also observed a silent prayer in honour of the deceased members of the union. <br \/>Some of the old guards who spoke in the meeting were Thungbemo Mozhui, social worker, Thomas Kikon former additional secretary, Woshomo Mozhui, retired deputy general manager and social worker and PY Ovung former additional director.
