According to the notification authorized persons are counting supervisors and counting assistants; persons authorized by election commission; public servants on duty in connection with the election and candidates, their election agents and counting agents. \u201cNo security personnel accompanying the candidates or their agents will be permitted to enter the counting hall,\u201d it said. RO also informed all responsible counting officials, candidates, election agents and counting agents to be seated inside the counting hall by 7.30 a.m. on May 13, a DIPR report stated.
