He insisted that the students being technically qualified youth of the society, should apply strength, skill and fortitude to develop a modern Nagaland in the greater interest of the people.<br \/>\u201cThere are opportunities and challenges in every job and you need to adopt innovative and contemporary ideas on how to make the state a better place to live in,\u201d Kiyanilie advised the outgoing students.<br \/>He also urged them that in future on being assigned with any job they should take it as a challenge and demonstrate vibrant and \u201csupreme reliability\u201d of service. NLA speaker, who released the souvenir, also gave away mementos to the outgoing students. <br \/>Acting Dean of SASRD Professor Alemla Ao, while exhorting the students, underlined the importance of entrepreneurship, said entrepreneurship was an employment strategy that could lead to economic development. <br \/>Short speeches on behalf of outgoing PG and UG students as well as the remaining students were delivered.
