Gen. Wall paid rich tributes to those brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives while defending the invading Japanese force during the WW-II.<br \/>Gen. Wall was expected to arrive by chopper but due to inclement weather conditions, he had to travel by road, and reached Kohima at around 8 a.m. where he was received by IGAR (N).<br \/>Gen.
